Stephanie Ballance of Outer Banks Health has been named Employee of the Month for the facility for February 2023.

Ballance joined Outer Banks Health in August 2017. Since then, she has been serving up kindness and heart-warming smiles for patients, visitors and team members.

She takes great care in her job, is kind, courteous, and respectful, and remains calm and attentive even on the busiest days. Proving her desire to go above and beyond, she has also earned her Servsafe Food Handler Certificate and will soon be attending a Patient Experience training.
