If you’re passing through Kill Devil Hills in the next day or so, you may notice activity going on at Mako Mike’s Beach Grille. It is set to be demolished today, Monday, March 27, 2023. Taking its place will be the new Kill Devil Hills Fire Station and Dare County EMS Station.
The newly-constructed stations will provide improvements that will allow first responders to continue providing critical lifesaving services to residents and visitors.
