On November 06, 2024, at approximately 8:20 p.m., deputies in the C-District responded to the scene for an accident with unknown injury in the 52700 Block NC 12 HWY, Frisco, NC 27936. A subject was transported to the Outer Banks Hospital for injuries.
Susan E. Myers, 65, of Catonsville, Maryland, has been charged with (F) Attempted First Degree Murder, (F) Assault with Deadly Weapon/Intent to Kill/Inflicting Serious Injury, and (M) Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The defendant is currently being held at the Dare County Detention Center in lieu of a $75,000 bond.
