The Town of Duck is committed to fostering a strong sense of community and civic engagement. As part of that commitment, we are excited to announce the third year of the Fundamentals Lessons of Citizen Knowledge, or FLOCK, Academy, an interactive program designed to give participants an in-depth look at the inner workings of local government.
The FLOCK Academy offers a behind-the-scenes learning experience through a series of sessions covering a wide range of topics, including local government 101, roles and responsibilities of elected officials and Town staff, local government finance and budgeting management, and more.
