The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce together with Program Sponsor, The Outer Banks Hospital congratulated the 2025-2026 graduating class of the Leadership OBX program at a breakfast held at Captain George’s Restaurant on April 15th. Additional program sponsors include, NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island, GR Little Insurance, Outer Banks Community Foundation, Kitty Hawk Rotary, First Flight Rotary, Harrell & Associates, Wawa, and Pepsi Bottling Ventures.
Establishing a sense of community and enthusiastic leadership are cornerstones of this Leadership OBX program. Chamber President & CEO, Karen Brown, said the program reinforces the Chamber’s commitment to the area and to developing community leaders.
“The Leadership OBX program offers a forum to enlighten and engage current and future leaders of the Outer Banks community,” said Brown. “The program provides opportunities for participants to develop and enhance their leadership skills and gain a better understanding of the community.”
