Emmy Award-winning production company Magical Elves has launched a casting search in the Outer Banks for an upcoming documentary series focusing on young adults.
The Los Angeles-based production company, known for hit series such as Top Chef and Nailed It! is currently in the research and development phase of a project centered on Gen Z adults who live or spend their summers on the North Carolina barrier islands.
According to casting materials, producers are looking for outgoing individuals aged 18 to 26 to share their stories and experiences of working, living, and socializing in the Outer Banks during the summer season.
Alex Hutson, Director of Development at Magical Elves, told The Outer Banks Life the production team believes the area is rich with stories that can help shape the direction of the series.
