Think watermelon is only meant to be enjoyed fresh? Think again!
Grilling watermelon may sound unusual, but the heat lightly caramelizes the fruit’s natural sugars while adding a subtle smoky flavor that perfectly complements its sweet, juicy taste. It’s a simple way to elevate one of summer’s most iconic fruits and makes a great addition to backyard barbecues, beach cookouts, or a light afternoon snack.
