The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Toby.
Toby came into the SPCA’s care because his previous family could no longer take care of him. Staff members note that he is particularly nervous in a shelter environment, but once he warms up to you, he is incredibly playful. He seems to do great with other dogs and is estimated to be around three-years-old.
