The Currituck County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Friday, March 22, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Historic Currituck Courthouse.
The Special Meeting is being held for the purpose of entering closed session pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. §143-318.11(a)(6) to discuss personnel matters; and, pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. §143-318.11(a)(3) to consult with the county attorney and preserve the attorney-client privilege regarding the matter captioned Costanzo et. al v. Currituck County.
